Maureen was a member of the Sears class of '59. She married Larry Van Gemert and spent the main portion of her adult life in the Barrington area. She had three daughters and eventually three granddaughters. Maureen had a fabulous sense of style and had an antique botanical print business for a number of years. She and I spent many wonderful hours working on various art projects together as we shared laughs about the good old days. Maureen courageously dealt with multiple medical problems for many years before her death in 2012.
